Sent my silver Monday, confirmed receipt and price given by Tuesday and paid directly. Really first class service and more than fair price offered. Really happy with this company as it is always a worry sending this sort of thing. Instant contact and money straight into nominated bank account. We have dealt with other companies (Cookson Gold) but this was by far the better deal.

I found Betts metals to be very professional and helpful. I sent my scrap silver yesterday afternoon. By this afternoon, I received an email from them telling me the value of the silver and that the money would be in my bank account by tomorrow, at the latest. They were very helpful. A lot of the other companies won't take a smaller amount of silver, but Betts Metals did I'm pleased to say. Thanks to them. Five stars!
