I am reaching out again regarding my earlier messages, as I have yet to receive any response. I subscribed to the service during a promotional offer, but my discount code was not applied, resulting in the full amount being charged. Despite my outreach over six days ago, I have not heard back. I kindly ask for an urgent review of this situation and request either a refund of the extra amount or the application of the promised discount to my subscription. I would appreciate a prompt response, as this matter has been pending for quite some time.
I requested a refund right after an auto-renewal with no usage. I explained my situation, but instead of a human response, I received a generic automated reply suggesting I 'upgrade my plan,' completely disregarding my refund request. The support team is unresponsive and unhelpful. Exercise caution with this service!
Deceptive service. Despite canceling my subscription, I continue to be charged. The help chat feature does not work. The representative claims to transfer me to the finance team and then stops responding. Very poor service. I do not recommend this at all.
Possibly the worst experience I've had with a service... I subscribed, but shortly after, the service was unavailable in my language for an indefinite period (weeks, apparently). I requested a refund since I never used the service, but the support team ghosted me for three weeks despite my numerous messages. I should have heeded the warnings! There are many reliable companies; just ensure you avoid this one! Steer clear at all costs.
