SCAMMERS!! Do not trust betway still not paid winnings from over 2 months ago they lie and lie then when you catch them out in the lies they say you have broken their terms and conditions and just ignore you saying someone is looking into this but believe me they are not looking into anything! Take a look at all the other reviews saying the same thing this is no coincidence they are blatantly stealing our money and getting away with it. My family all live in Malta and I assure you I will be booking a flight soon and paying you a visit at your main office!!!! BETWAY YOUR NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I RECIVE MY MONEY. Don’t bother replying saying your looking into this your your not it’s been to months of being ignored and lied to don’t bother going through resolver as they are owed by betway! Will be looking into to other ways to make a complaint to the gambling commission today and I’d advise you all to do the same. I think it’s pretty clear with all the bad reviews with very similar stories is very clear that betway is stealing money from us.
The worst customer support in the entire industry. It is impossible since about a month ago to reach someone on live chat. Twitter support doesn't do anything after they reply to your initial query. The only way to get support now is by making formal complaints. They also do not credit free bets that they have advertised to customers over email automatically, you have to chase them up and it takes weeks to get a result.EDIT:I have since been contacted by Betway, but it is now a week since they contacted me. They initially offered a resolution but since I agreed, they have become unresponsive and have not actioned the resolution.
I placed three bets on Saturday 4th November 2023. All for games next Saturday. Of the three bets one has disappeared along with my stake. I have screenshots to prove this and will do so in the small claims court. I am doing so on line today. I have sent two messages and they have not replied. I guess they just scammed me.
This company 'Betway' are 100% without any benefit of any doubt scamming people. The site is glitchy and won't allow you to view recent transactions or pending withdrawals. They are quite happy for you to deposit £1000's but as soon as you make a withdrawal all of a sudden there's something wrong with your details even though they are the same details as when making deposits and have never been changed. I had £575 I wanted to withdraw (but due to the fact I already had a £400 withdrawal sitting unprocessed and unpaid in their system for the last 5 days and when I query this they are not prepared to discuss anything with me and their customer service is non existent there phone number and email address is apparently no longer being monitored) I wasn't prepared to risk making the withdrawal and intail I ended up losing this balance altogether. They are doing this on purpose and it's a disgrace they are not reprimanded for this total corruption. I will be reporting these criminals to my bank on Monday and hopefully I can start the process of charging back all the money they have stolen from me. I hope West Ham football club are aware of the type of criminal they have plastered all over the front of their shirts.
Deposited many times and have withdrawn funds in the past. Tried to withdraw funds over 5 days ago and they sent me an email suggesting there was an issue with the card albeit I can't deposit!? I have only ever had one card listed so this is an absolute joke. Emailed them and received a response in German!? Tried to do the live chat and it's an automated bot... Come on Betway don't take my money and then not allow me to withdraw. Maybe we all need to contact the Gambling Commission
I read a post that said betway is a world class betting site ! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A STATEMENT! Any good review that you read (and there aren’t many) are clearly written by betway staff…. They aren’t paying out because they have gone skint! I have been waiting for a withdrawel of £220 to go into my bank since fri/sat….they have nobody working on live chat, you sit in a queue, then when you eventually get to be next in the line, they cut you off! It’s a sham! 5 days and no sign of my money, I phoned the betway customer service help line, I got an answer phone message saying that nobody was operating the phones due to co-vid 19 ….CO-VID 19 WAS ALMOST 4 YEARS AGO! What an absolute joke ! I am seriously thinking about going to the police! They are robbing people by taking their money !!!

I have spent 2.5hours waiting on your chat and was disconnected at number 7. funds were showing as paid 5 days ago and still not received in my account. I have sent my documents from bank showing i haven't received funds and still no update. I have been told on your instagram chat that they cant provide me with a estimated time to resolve my query. There is no telephone number i can call. 900 pound owed...I am now being told that they have no control over when I will receive funds and can provide no mode detail.... horrendous service.Apparently "the processors" do not work with betway and betway have no control over when they will release funds. They have no way of contacting them and cannot tell me when I will receive my moneyI have also been told they will no longer be responding to my queries so I have no way of getting my money??Update! They now say my bank are blocking the withdrawal. My bank have confirmed there is now block or pending payment. Still waiting for betway to respond... now 9 days...Update....now 18 days10.h hours on chat only to be disconnected when getting to no. 1Tried chasing the ukmanager email and no reply
