Been waiting since the 11th April for a withdrawal that was paid out on the 12th April. CS not interested, constantly telling people to contact their bank, when Mastercard have confirmed its WorldPay (BetWay's Card processor that messed up). Even asked me to prove that i hadnt received the money, agents show no empathy or to be honest any Customer Services Skills.Betway have confirmed they havent done anything with the issue since the 18th April, instead waiting till after the Easter Holidays.. Go else where and dont use this joke of a gambling firm, they havent a clue about Customer Service
Same issue as for many others (I’ve found out reading in here). As long as you lose everything is fine, but if you start winning a couple of bets they limit your account and give you no explanation. They actually tell you to get in contact for further reasoning but then they actually give you no clarification. To me they have actually cancelled the 2 bets I finally managed to win. I attach detailed conversation (unfortunately cannot attach screenshots):-Me: Good morning, I’m here for explanations as it’s been advised by you by email. Can you kindly explain to me why you voided, with no apparent reason whatsoever, two winning bets that I placed on the 04/02/19?In order to take such action toward my account I believe I must have done something pretty wrong or dodgy, which I don’t think I did at all. Total con of a company they will not pay if you win anything , I withdrew around £600 over a month ago a couple of days later asked me for documents and to ring them which I did, they confirmed They received them and my account had been valicated yet nearly a month later still not got my own money back speak almost daily and get the same thing said ,the operations are reviewing my account and it will be sorted ASAP and there is no time limit to when I get my money back , a they wil restrict you if you look like you might win within a couple of bets then if you have money looks like they will do anything to pay you it back , AVOID
I was working my way through a few offers they had advertised, then when I was due to receive a freebet they told me that they had emailed me beforehand to tell me I wasn't eligible for these (without giving any reason). So I worked towards absolutely nothing only for them to lie and tell me they had contacted me.No email whatsoever. Not even in my spam's spam where they belong.
After my horse was withdrawn and the bet was void they returned my money to me as a free bet which is wrong and goes against they're own rules on the website which says the money should be returned . I had no chance to withdraw my money as they gave me it back as a free bet and even if i was to do another bet with it I wouldn't have received the stake cause these clowns gave it back as a free bet. Now they are ignoring me and lying on trustpilot saying they returned my stake which they haven't and I have screenshots to prove it . Utter scum and I hope they get shut down, I'm gonna report them to the appropriate people .
Was told to verify my account which I did. Because I used a relatives card who gave me permission to do so they decided that my bet which I won didn’t stand and said they will refund me my deposit amount but not my winnings. If there that strict surely they should get everything verified before taking your deposit instead of waiting till you’ve give them money. Avoid at all costs seems to be a regular thing!!
