hi my name Terry i would not give betway any stars is why i add a old bank card on my betway account but did not use it i did try to remove it but with no luckybut it was ok my new bank card was on it and i could deposit and withdraw with my new card great untilmarch 8 2024 i won £150.00 and went to withdraw my money but sorry to say i maid a mistake and the money was sent to my old card i wrote to betwayand told them what add happened and was told it ok the money will go back to my betway account and i was told that my old bank would be lock and just use my new card is did not work i them try write to betway on march 9 but the help and chat page went off line ? i rewrote and got some at betway and i said what have happened to me i was told that betway as no way to put my £150.00 back into my account so i can redraw it ? i can stil deposit money for bets but if i win can not withdraw money to my right bank card because it will go to my old card ? and you can not phone any one at betway or Email and if you do use the chat help you have to hold on for up to 5 or 6 hours most times just to end do anyone work for betway that can help me please ? and as is happened to other people on uk betting sites ? and if some can genuine help you can email me
I have Been betting with betway uk for many years, when I first set my card details many years ago however for the past 2/3 years I now have deposit with a new card they are quick to take the money off my new card, no problem when it comes to withdrawal its sending it to my old card that's not been in use for years, I've spent endless hours on the online chat to constantly be cut off after 9 hours I've emailed the company I've also tried to ring and I'm getting nowhere it won't let me change it and the card is there to deposit but not to withdrawn, this was won on the 2nd march £10 then £120 on the 19th March and there still pending please contact on robtaylor6 Or email robtaylor80 @ live.com
I have had a few issues with betway regarding “taking deposits from my bank and not crediting my account” to “not getting the free £5 bet after placing accas over £25.In this recent case it is a casino promotion called “casino rewards”I opted in ! (Mon to Thurs only)Then i made deposits and played different slot games. I deposited between £450 and £600.Also played through alot of that money so i was at the point where i must have built up 100-200 free spins and a free bet. At the end the promotion page says come back Friday for winning credits/free spins.I checked on Friday and the promotion page was blank with a message saying “sorry you have no promotions at the moment” ????What type of company is this that can move ghe goalpost when suited.I went on the chat to ask them what has happened and after 4 hours and 10mins in a queue i gave up??MESSAGE TO BETWAY: All true check your system. A big Rip.
I signed up as a new customer to Betway based on their offers. Initially the process was easy and the site working well. I was able to deposit immediately with no verification process. A couple of days in I won a reasonable sized bet and wanted to withdraw the money. I put the request in and heard nothing for 48 hours as my withdrawal was processing. I then chased them via phone- which says lines are closed due to Covid. Via live chat which has you waiting for hours then cuts you off. And via Twitter. Finally via Twitter I was told I needed to verify documents to withdraw which I did immediately. I spent the next four days chasing them and received an email saying everything was verified and I’d be paid within 48 hours. I allowed this time to pass- during which they cancelled all offers and bonuses for me. I was then told the email was wrong and I should ignore it. Four more days have now passed and 60 more messages on Twitter- no money. I’ve never experienced worse customer service and feel the site must surely be scam? Has anyone ever had a withdrawal from them? Would give no stars if I could!
I have deposited & won, tried to withdraw my money to no avail. I have emailed betway & had an automatic response telling me it is no longer taking emails. When I try to withdraw it keeps telling me to choose a method which is where the deposit came from in the beginning but it will not accept this method. Live chat is unobtainable, I have serious concerns I am not going to get my winnings. It will not let you withdraw but it always lets you deposit. What is actually going on. No way of contacting them, I have also noticed lately you keep getting cut off when using this site, saying poor connection. Should I smell a rat. Is there anyone out there who can advise me please. This site is not acceptable.
Iv made a deposit this morning won a few pounds now it says I can't withdraw to this account, no way of contacting all emails not in use , once again betway let people down,iv received an email saying master card is not a trusted card ,, yet they take money from it ,and any monies should be withdrawn to something called swift transfer , so basically you get nothing , this site should be closed down how do people get away with this it's ridiculous
