Please do not use this company. You take a huge risk depositing any funds.Do not expect withdrawals to be straightforward (or even happen at all).This a a consistent theme in he vast majority of reviews.A level service I have never experienced from any other bookmaker in the last 40 years.Be warned-------------------------------------------Update to the issue which occurred on the 7/10So 2 weeks on (now the 20/10) and still no progress, my withdrawals of £123.50 have still not been paid to me, despite my repeated attempts to contact the relevant parts of this appalling company.I strongly urge everybody reading this review NOT to deposit funds with this dishonest company.------------------------------The Issue described below occurred on the 7/10.We're now at the 19/10 and still the funds that I am owed (£123.50) have not been paid to me. They acknowledge that this is the amount owed to me but seem unable to repay it ?!?! Even though every other company I deal with has no issues take payments from and making deposits to my card.I am not somebody who typically uses trust pilot but the behaviour of this company, judging by my experience and looking at other reviews, is bordering on criminal and I'm not sure how they are retaining their licence to operate.BEWARE if you are considering depositing, it is likely to be safer to go elsewhere.Original review:Deposit of £100 taken twice from my account. Tried to resolve over live chat but they closed my account when I simply explained that taking a deposit twice had caused me a problem with a payment elsewhere. Since then another withdrawal of £23.50 and this £100 have not been returned to me. All subsequent contact attempts by email have been ignored.
I only bet small with them as they are sketchy but give free bets but its not worth it as their odds are very low and now they are not trustworthy. They have just robbed £25 which the bank confirmed as gone through but Betway say no. I've been betting for 25 years and never had problems like this, PLEASE bet somewhere else there are many better companies out there
So bad. Take your money and don’t pay you out. Beware everyone this is FRAUD/ROBBERS. Been on for weeks trying to get my money back. They then said I need to verify my account again. And I did send in all documents to no response and now they won’t accept my documents. Took thousands of euros on me and won’t pay out and now closing my account. Will go to the police
I have made many deposits with Betway and some of those deposits had been taken from my account but not loaded up on my betway funds.These funds were taken from my bank balance and were shown as pending. Fortunately they went back into my account about 4/5 days later. This started happening quiet regular and i knew i would get the funds back. However, this has not been the case with my last visit to betway. I made many deposits tottaling £387 taken from my account showing “betway guernsey”I knew they owe me so I checked my betway transactions which show £277. Ok so after a few days i looked at my bank account and there was no pending. Betway have taken £387 and i only played £277 of deposits. Can you contact these people= NOThey make it impossible for you to get hold of them. I cannot recommend this company.
withdrawals outstanding since the 3rd of September 2022 .Almost a month later, Guess what, they still haven't payed me out. The asked me for proof of address and I'd which was provided to them. I try to log back in to my account to find out it's been locked. A few days later I try again and it's magically unlocked and I check transactions to see they have now changed the dates on my 4 withdrawal requests and even have the audacity to show on the receipt that they have been payed out to me. This is a total fraud! Changing dates on receipts and making up new receipts to cover them. I last was able to log in, 1 withdrawal request is now showing for the total amount of the 4 withdrawals i first made..so the only 1 withdrawal that I never made and the dates are totally incorrect is still outstanding and they say the 4 withdrawals, I did actually make, have been payed to me. Which is not true. I struggle to get live chat. when I do, it's the same answer over and over again. "That they will escalate this matter "After, seeing all these complaints from different people with very similar issues. I've decided to make a stand against this shambles of a company. I will now take this matter further and use my contacts to make sure betway is Investigated. They pick and choose there customers, it's the customers they do not want they decide to treat this way. This appalling behaviour towards betway customers will no doubt has a serious effect on people's mental health and it's totally unacceptable that in 2022 they can get away with this.
I was worried about my withdrawal due to reading all these reviews. I found it hard to find live chat or I would of given a 5 star. My funds did take 3 days to come into my account but live chat explained that this was due to it being the weekend. Happy to say its now in with no hassle.
They did not pay what I won 4months ago!!! worst thing is that there is absolutely no chance to get in touch with soimeone. Robot isnt helpful and that is the only option. even customer support email is operated by robot and gets you nowhere just back to circle of not getting your answer. Avoid at all costs
