You guys are knowledgeable caring You have empathy for people's situations You treat us like individuals and not numbers like another credit debt relief program that I looked into won't say the name but it's very very advertised I'll just say that You guys have already gotten me two settlements course I have like 18 total so I'm still getting a ton of calls that my phone says are scam but I know they're the credit card companies and I'm getting a ton of texts like six a day from one company but I'm afraid to block them cuz I don't want them to put it in collections but even so you guys have been supportive beyond what is in your job description I think so keep up the good work

They may help with some of your debt but definitely not all!!! They say they have a resolution but fail at keeping it. And then you will get screwed and have to deal with the law firm who takes over the account and get your wages garnished potentially. So be very careful one deciding to go with Beyond Finance!!!!!!! If recommend going with another company.

My experience is horrible. None of my creditors were contacted except for one in a period of 3 months. The hounding of creditors were so upsetting I had to un enroll and call everyone myself. Also ppl need to know that the fee they charge you is 25% of what ever they can settle your account for. Which for me. Debt was 11,000. Settlement of 8300,00 and Beyond Finance gets 2600.00 from me for their fee.
Also they won’t give any back if you take care of your debtors yourself and negotiate. You’re still going to lose that fee you were paying them for them doing nothing. Just be careful. I never heard of things written in stone. They don’t care and you can’t to talk to anyone else to have the fees waived. I paid 2195,00 of the 2600,00 and they still made me pay them for them rest.
This is not a good financial move for anyone . It cost me more putting my finances in their hands. Just to be clear you can’t talk to anyone else about a waiver or help. You get what you get and Screwed is pretty much what happened to me. It’s a shame they do this to ppl. Can’t imagine how much they’ve made off the people who needed their help not get in more debt by giving their money away for a fee they didn’t earn. Set in STONE. NO ONE WILL WORK WITH YOU. ! I would NEVER EVER USE BEYOND FINANCE/FREEDOM RELIEF FOR A PROGRAM THEY ARE MAKING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON. IF I COULD RATE THEM A ZERO I WOULD!

I was just discharged from the hospital and we knew we would be short in our budget. The Beyond Finance representative showed a lot of empathy and she helped us withdraw from our deposit so we would have enough funds to cover my medical expenses.

So far so good.... still in progress so it's hard to rate something that's not yet complete. It's a long process. I'll be happy to rate again when it's all said and done.

I am so grateful I decided to reach out to Beyond. I want to leave something for my nephews upon my passing. I wanted my finances resolved and debt free. Beyond allowed me to do that and I am so grateful.
The staff respond immediately to my concerned and assure me when I needed it. Thank you so much.

I am very dissatisfied with Beyond Finance due to the lack of information about paying down the debt and what happens in various situations. I have been served court papers and also having to pay taxes on the charge off balance negotiated by Beyond Finance.

Disappointing Experience with Support

I faced legal issues with four of my enrolled accounts, and when I reached out for assistance, I was informed that help was unavailable because I hadn't opted for their legal service at enrollment. This option was never mentioned during the sign-up process. I wanted to remove these accounts due to incurred legal fees, but the representative suddenly presented three offers, which required a bi-weekly deposit exceeding $410. If I could afford an additional $820 a month, I wouldn't need debt consolidation. The representative was unhelpful and warned me of escalating legal expenses, which have already begun. While two of my accounts were settled, I realized that the bi-weekly fee for my enrolled debt would likely increase. The representative interrupted me and ultimately hung up, showing a lack of care for my situation. It's unrealistic to expect someone facing financial difficulties to come up with an extra $820 monthly. I've managed to settle the largest lawsuit independently and am not paying anywhere near that amount. If you're seeking respectful and informed support, this isn't the place.
