This company is a pure scam. One of the latest adverts is for the WATCH4PRO. Alleged best smartwatch in the market and can detect blood sugar levels. This technology, if it existed in a smartwatch form costs. But the reality is, it doesn’t exist. Blood sugar tests require real blood samples. YOU SIMPLY CANNOT GET A QUALITY SMARTWATCH FOR £35. As many ‘customers’ discover when their purchase arrives, you really can’t. I really don’t know how, or why, the likes of YouTube, et al continue to allow these scam adverts to proliferate on their platforms. As long as gullible customers exist, these companies will continue to proliferate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Im usually more intelligent then this. I fell for this because I was desperate. I just lost my upper dentures. They broke in half. So I fell for this scam!! I just received those "dentures" in the mail!! They're in pieces!! Unusable!!! And they weren't uppers, they were lowers!!! This company is a scam!!! Dont ever order from them!!!!!!

Ordered their highly promoted HW10Pro smartwatch online.I complained about some of the features/difficulties with this watch. After taking about 2 weeks to arrive, I complained via email to Customer Services about some claimed features of this watch that I didn't see or were difficult. No one has replied to my emails!! Here are the features I found difficult or were poor-1. The round plastic charger does not stay in place, is not magnetic so constantly needs to be re positioned.2. The display faces are very poor and cheap looking. Most do not look good and do not display the information I want to see daily.3. The Apps are not easy to find. 4. I could not find the blood sugar level monitor app in here which I saw in their promo Ad. 5. The one small paper instruction sheet is not very useful. To make it easier for each Feature there should be an App icon next to it so the user can connect the feature to the App in the watch. Plus the instructions don’t say anything about how to charge the watch!! In short it was not the quality that I expected from seeing the fancy Ads. I asked for a refund within 7 days of receiving it. So far NO response to my emails!I can only conclude this is another Facebook marketing scam!
This company after sales disappears and does not respond to email. I bought a so called watch from them. Not cheap and it turned up like a toy. When contacted, they ignored plus their return policy of 20% when they know the item is not quality is another scam scam scam scam. do not fall for anything they advertise.
this place is a scam! ordered the pro4 watch, did not work when arrived, spent 3 weeks emailing back and forth that it does not work. They offered to return 20% of the cost. Stupid, it does not work give me 100%. This went on for three weeks, then they will give me 30% of the cost. No... watch does not work give me 100% return and take your watch back.
