Review Time
Would not order from this company again. Stock levels shown on site have zero reflection of their actual stock. Ordered items that showed in stock and weeks later I'm still waiting for them to get the items in stock to fill my order. I could have just ordered them from the manufacturer myself and cut them out of the process completely and been ahead.
I sent a return form to this company and have heard nothing back from them for over a week other than an email stating they are very busy.I have tried over 6 times to call within the hours they suggest if you call at what they consider the wrong time. I'm a small business owner and if I treated my customers this way I'd be out of business in a hurry. I understand times are hard with the pandemic but I have read many recent reviews much like mine!Take care of your customers that have purchased from you!
I’m writing this as I have tried to call, e-mail as my card got charged twice sent my statement. I have yet to get a call back or an e-mail. As a grandmother on unemployment so money is very tight and I’m so be upset I cancelled the order due to it bring a 6 year old. I’m so decussatedl.. I hope the call and make this right. I will give it gem one more day and then reporting to the BBB. As tight as money is due to covid 19, you would think they would respond ASAP. I have lots of friends that have done business and will explain what happened. I hope they don’t do business again. I feel they are taking advantage of me.
Terrible service, they were answering my emails until I told them there was an issue with the products they sent me. (The package was incomplete and they overcharged me). I haven’t heard from them since And I’ve sent them several emails being polite and all. Would not recommend to anyone.
Wouldn't order from here ever again. Ordered and paid for a Fox dirt bike helmet and Alpinestars boots for my daughter on 03rd July, its now the 26th August and I still don't have them and no one can tell me when I will get them.I feel completely isolated by the customer service experience, and overall thoroughly disappointed with the service, $450 spend and nothing to show for it nearly 10 weeks later, poor show, don't buy from these guys, spend your money elsewhere
Worst experence of my life ordering from bto....no tracking email no shipping comfirmation.....yes they are dealing with covid and ive ordered several things from other companies yes things are delayed but no communication at all.....was a horrible experience and when my package came it had 4 out of 5 clutch springs....had to pay $1100 for a new clutch....and just ordered new springs from cycle max because this experience was so bad another $60 outta pocket
