Customer service is lying constantly on this platform and internally breaks the law. They require to send an article to the whole of Europe, even though they are required by law to accept reducing the price when an article is damaged. Do not order there, you will be scammed. They reply on Trustpilot but internally, they want you to send the article through whole of Europe in a climate damaging way. Stay away from Biffi, you will be disappointed.
Biffi also pressures Trustpilot to delete reviews because they know that they are lying and are afraid of bad reviews. Corrupt structures all along.
Scam. I ordered a EUR 1k coat which was in promo. It arrived with both zippers basically not working properly. I asked the vendor to take off 200 EUR, which is my right. But instead, they only accepted sending the item back to Italy. Scam behaviour, so not order there. For these high prices you will get scammed. Never again.

First time customer ordering from Biffi, couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Best price out of any other online retailer, and extremely fast shipping (ordered Friday afternoon, and arrived first thing Tuesday morning in syd, Australia).
