Not sure about the bad reviews but all I can say is faultless. Sneakers £200 less than anywhere else, emailed after reviews to see if in stock, got a reply within 10 mins stating yes, ordered and they arrived from Italy next day! No duties or tax either as all included. Cannot recommend enough
I bought the shoes at their website and got a confirmation. After some time I sent a request to find out when it is getting shipped with no response. Couple days later they told me THEY MADE A MISTAKE LISTING THAT PRICE and THEY ARE OUT OF SIZE, and they refused to send the item, and told me the order is canceled-NEVER SENT ANYTHING PRIOR. When I said I want another size shipped, they refused to ship it. I didnt make up the price on their web site and sent myself a confirmation, THEY DID, therefore, they are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards the buyer. The worst experience ever!!!
Bought a versace wallet from here. The condition is perfect and came with the certificate of authenticy. I was skeptical about this site like many others, however I will definitely use again and would highly recommend them. Item arrived neatly packaged and in five days of ordering.

Hadnt heard of Biffi Boutique before and was a bit unsure just because my purchase was a lot cheaper than it had been on other sites but I referred to this page and went ahead and I'm so happy I did! Price was great, they were the only site that still had the pants I wanted available and they were only left in my size (lucky!!), really fast order fulfilment and shipping to Australia and the pants came packed nicely. All in all a great experience, 10/10, will definitely buy from Biffi boutique again.
I had a fantastic experience with Biffi Boutiques, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.I’m very pleased with the Vilebrequin swimming shorts I had ordered, but I also decided to return one of the items I had ordered.The returns process was very straight-forward, despite living in the UK and having to return the item to Italy.Even more pleasing was the fact that all of the costs for the return were covered by Biffi themselves, which is great.Thanks,Dan
