Hello David,I am writing to follow up regarding my previous review and your offer of assistance.I understand that the holiday season may have slowed down processing times. However, this cannot justify a delay extending over nearly an entire quarter.As of today (23/02), and despite two follow-ups that have remained unanswered, I am still waiting for an update concerning my Dubarry boots, which have been leaking after two resoling repairs. This situation is unacceptable given the financial investment this product represents, in addition to the repair costs incurred.What is particularly disappointing is the complete lack of response, especially as I had previously praised the responsiveness of your customer service, which is now completely ignoring my emails.Could you please let me know who is currently able to respond and handle my case promptly?I look forward to your swift reply.
Everything was so easy. I followed the step by step instructions and when I had a question and got in touch with the team, the response was prompt and professional. I had a 10+ year old pair of Scarpa walking boots which started to let water in and the soles were degrading so sent them in and despite needing to pay a little extra for extra work required, the boots were returned to me with immaculate and sturdy new soles. My boots have many years left in them now. Would much rather pay £100 or so to get new soles than pay over £300 for new boots so thank you so much to the Boot Repair Co. Will be sending my Docs in soon!
