The Cabin was clean, neat and everything worked.Easy access to all items in the cabin. Written ruleswere easy to follow. The Cool Cabin people werevery helpful and kind! It would of been nice to have cable TV for the World Series!Arthur Thomson
I love this cabin because of the warm welcome it provided! Our family remained connected throughout the stay and that is my goal for this weekend getaway! It gets really cold at night (at this time of stay) so do not forget to get the portable heaters available in the Master's closet (because we did, lol). We will definitely come back. The pictures does not do justice in Expedia or Booking.com, I love this cabin!
I loved our experience! I do want to mention that we specifically chose this place because of the hot tub and we weren’t able to use it. We waited about 2 hours for it to heat up and I wouldn’t. We found out too late that it takes a long time to heat up.
Our experience was awesome , the cabin was everything we expected . Super clean and have a feeling of being at home . Very cozy and accessible to get there and get into the cabin . We will definitely will be booking with cool cabins for our next trip up to Big Bear .
The "place" was cool -- pretty much as expected. However, the king bed mattress is HORRIBLE. My wife had to hold on from falling all night because her side of the bed was so lopsided. They need to replace that mattress pronto. The only other thing was that the ice maker didn't work in the fridge.
Big Bear Cool Cabins has been such a pleasure to arrange our vacation rentals through for the past 6 years. There are never any hidden surprises. Most importantly, the communication is simple and consistent. Couldn't recommend this company more.
Robinson's Roost cabin was a cozy, thoughtfully well-appointed home base for a lovely fall foliage week in Big Bear.We especially appreciated the quiet, neighborhood, early and late sunlight drenching the living and dining areas, wi-fi and smart TV and an easy-to-navigate, functional kitchen, which allowed us to stay in...and relax!
