Review Time
This was my first holiday on my own,I was apprehensive at first but our drivers Chris and Blake were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, even after long days they never stopped working with organising things behind the scenes, I quickly made friends with people so I needn’t have worried, the whole process from start to finish was well organised and trouble free.
We had a fantastic holiday from beginning to end. The transfer from the feeder coaches to our tour coach was quick, and the crew maintained the coach in excellent condition, a noticeable improvement from a previous trip. The journey to Switzerland was pleasant, with delightful overnight hotels. The resort hotel was welcoming, and the owner genuinely cared about our comfort. Daily excursions were well-planned with suitable breaks. Everything went smoothly, and the crew provided excellent information about each destination. The online booking process was easy, allowing us to manage admin without printing documents. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday, and we have already booked another trip.
I enjoyed a lovely holiday in Switzerland. The hotel was impeccably clean and the food was great. Our drivers were always attentive, offering drinks and being superb hosts. I have already booked another trip for September and hope to have the same wonderful drivers.
Our drivers were really good and helpful. However, we were a bit let down by the alpine train experience as we didn't have much time to explore. The return bus ride was quite tedious, and the driver didn’t do a headcount, which could be problematic for anyone who was late or had mobility issues.
The trip was fantastic. Our hosts were exceptional, making Christmas extra special for everyone. The decorations on the coach were lovely, and we even found little gifts on our seats for the holiday. They truly put in a lot of effort to ensure we were well taken care of.
I had a wonderful holiday to the Austrian Lakes this Christmas. The hosts put in so much effort to ensure we had a lovely time and provided all the necessary information. They could not have done more for us; we even received Christmas cards and presents waiting for us on our seats. They were a joy to be with.
