So far I've made 3 cashouts successfully but I'm missing points for an in app purchase that I'm hoping won't expire before I receive the points for completing the task. I spent one dollar and it was not posted as complete. I did contact support but they have only stated that my issue is in queue. How long does this take? I need to complete the in app purchase task to be able to use the promo code. You can see how this can be frustrating
So they never credited me for spinning $10 while playing merge Dragons, and then all the other ones that I had to spend money on to get there. Just expired way sooner than they should have period so then when I finally decided I'm going to try to really, you know, make a good bit of money and cash it out. It didn't even track when I joined stake and And when I wrote support, I have not heard back about either issue, and I wrote one of them at least a month ago. So in my opinion, the customer service is horrible and almost non existent. UpdateSo you may see a comment to this post. where they are acting as if they will help me and get it corrected well let me inform you that they asked for a unique code I gave it to them they said what's the problem which I have had many since using this site but only gave my most urgent. Which is my cashouts and my referrals account never showing up in our stake account as requested you can see that I have made more points then what they cashed out. and they have only cashed out 1 of mine and my other cash out disappeared as well as never receiving my referral bonus while it was increased to 25$ my friends cashout request also disappears I wouldn't suggest this platform to anyone. There full of empty promises and I repeat horrible customer service.
