I have reached out to the support team multiple times regarding my refund. Each time, I receive the same automated message stating that the refund will be processed within 5 days. Those 5 days pass with no progress, and the cycle continues. This situation reflects poor customer service and a lack of accountability. There is no proactive communication, no explanation, and no actual refund, despite repeated reassurances. I expect a clear confirmation of when my refund will be processed and the immediate return of my money, which has been pending since early December. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this service.

I ordered a knitted top for my son for Christmas on November 27, and the tracking has been stuck on ‘in transit’ since then. I am now quite worried after reading other reviews. I spoke to a sales assistant at a well-known brand, and she mentioned she had never heard of this service and that it has no affiliation with them. This service has clearly tried to mislead customers into thinking it is associated with that brand.
I have purchased coats and jackets from various retailers for 25 years. The jacket from this service is one size smaller than those from all those other places. Additionally, delivery took 10 days, despite charging a fee, which is not refunded when the product is returned.
The color of the product I received is different from the images. I ordered a navy blue jacket, but what I got was more of a purple-like indigo. I understand that return fees are standard now, but they are unusually high! €15 for returns!
Items arrived in good condition and were of decent quality; however, I mistakenly believed this service was affiliated with a well-known brand for my son's Christmas gift. I followed the return instructions and sent the items back. A week later, I emailed customer support without receiving any response. I cannot find a contact number either. Currently, I am nearly £300 out of pocket with no items and no communication from this service.
