After accumulating my points and redeeming rewards on the platform, the pending rewards vanished from my account without any explanation. In total, I feel I have lost $135, and there has been no response from the support team. Despite emailing them, my tickets continue to be overlooked.
This platform offers excellent rewards for completing tasks and playing games. The customer support is typically very helpful. However, I've encountered a few issues with tracking my gameplay and completed tasks, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. If they can resolve the tracking problems on a couple of games I've started, I would definitely increase my rating to 5 stars! I highly recommend this for earning cash!
This app is great overall; however, I have noticed some issues with tracking progress on offers. There were instances when I completed tasks that didn’t get recorded. I’ve already tried following the steps in the app, but I can’t afford to wait days for earnings while communicating with the support team. Additionally, I find it frustrating to wait 7 days to cash out earnings, especially as a repeat user who plays daily and invests my hard-earned money. Earning only $0.51 or $0.71 and then having to wait for it to process for a week is simply unacceptable. Until I receive some form of compensation, I’ll be looking for a better earning app.
I really enjoy using the platform. From the moment I downloaded it, the customer service has been attentive and extremely helpful. They even send multiple emails with promotional codes that can enhance your points during the game. I haven't cashed out yet, but I don't anticipate any issues. There's a fantastic variety of games available.

I've been waiting two weeks for two cash outs that I likely will never see. They insist they've already been "paid," but I never got the emails to claim them. After finally hearing back from the fifth support representative, they claimed the payouts were sent via emails I've never seen. I certainly didn't provide them with any email for sending my payouts! This experience has been disappointing. While it's nice to earn points quickly, it’s pointless if the promised payouts never arrive. I recommend sticking with more reliable options.
I've enjoyed many of these games, but some just don’t work well with my phone (not compatible, I suppose)...lol. Still, I keep playing because they are fun! That means my earnings might be a bit slower than others. I'll update you on how the cashing out process goes in a few days...
This is the biggest scam I've encountered. I earned $15 but only managed to cash out $12 because their currency calculations are off. I’ve successfully cashed out before, so it should have been instant. Instead, they took my cashout and remaining points without explanation, and now they’ve stopped responding. Are you kidding me?
