Review Time
I have been a Big Green Smile customer for several years. Great products and great service. But this has changed. I placed an order on the 31st December, and has not been delivered until the present day 19 February. When I placed the order it was indicated that my products will be delivered by the 15-16 January. When the time came, I got an automated email stating that there will be a small delay. A few days later another email that a product is out of stock with a new date. After that a new email with another product out of stock. Sending to customer service always results in an automated response. In one of their emails, it was indicated that out of stock products can be removed so that the order can be sent. I also did that and no response. It is extremely disappointing service and I am not sure what has gone so wrong with the company. It has turned into a scam and I don't know if I will ever receive my order
Placed an order 10 days ago, the order is still in the warehouse, zero communication and no response to multiple e-mail follow-ups.

Leadtime is really much too long and not what they promised. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still didn't receive my products which should be send to me 2 days after ordering. You can only contact them by mail, but they don't reply on my mails at all.
Order #2426368 is over a month late and undelivered. Customer Service gave me options, I chose one, and then they completely ghosted me. Since you refuse to follow through or provide updates, I am giving you 24 hours to resolve this before I contact my bank to initiate a chargeback for merchandise not received. Unacceptable service.
Still waiting for my parcel. It says on their website that they will despatch within 2 days but it’s been more than a week and I have still not even received a tracking code from DHL indicating that my order has not even been despatched yet…I ordered Ecover stain removers that I needed already a week ago and now I guess I have to order it from somewhere else…?!
Ordered goods in November. About a month after I placed my order, they emailed to advise order was on its way. Never arrived. The tracking page kept stating that the facility was closed and issues with labelling. It took another email and two more months before they replied stating my order had been lost in transit and issued a refund.
While purchasing it says the package would be ship out in 2 days. After 1 week I asked the current situation of my order and then they replied it will be prepared in 2 weeks. After all I can not get any reply anymore Since I received this last email a few days ago.I will not order something again.
