I have worked for bigo since 2018, I love the app, I love everyone on it. I started as a streamer and was given the chance to create Royalty Agency after some dedication and hard work. The bad reviews are mostly people who have been banned or simply signed to an agency that’s poorly ran. These bad reviews do not directly address Bigo as an app over all, just some people they have had trouble with. I see a lot of brand new people deciding wether or not to use the app who do so by reviewing these reviews. If you are skeptical, take the leap and try bigo. It completely changed my life, and many others lives. I’m free, time wise, financially, and I thank Bigo Live ALOT for everything I have. It is an amazing app, I refer to it as “the big boy app” when recruiting hosts from low tier competitive apps, because no app compares to the abilities bigo has and money that can can provide and individual.
I only gave 1 ⭐️ because I had to so I can leave a review but this app is very Bias it let the agency treat the host any kind of way then when you contact them to have the agent to release u they tell u it’s nothing they can do even after I sent evidence of bullying and threats I have been trying to get released for 2 months and they just contacted me and told me contact the agency (the person that’s telling me he will kill me) they don’t hold up der end of the policy that protects us from being harmed on their app
I had never been on the app before and was recruited quickly after going live a few times. I’m a vlogger on YT and wanted to reach more people. The agency that signed me, GET ME LIT, never gave me any information to what I was signing up for, (never received a legal binding contract or anything for that matter) nor were they upfront and honest. They never tell you that you will never be able to leave their Agency, EVERRRRR. I never once received an earning report, when asked. At the time, I had a content show, hosted, and was a mobile gamer (gone now) and I was either ignored or sent snapshots of the same live data that I receive. You send Bigo a Direct Message through the SVIP customer service directly directly and ‘Jessica’ always says the same thing; “Your agency has the information and received the information weekly and to request it from them.” The absolute worst customer service in the United States and the World.Bigo tells and instructs you to contact your AGENCY to confirm your earnings but the GET ME LIT agency is never transparent. The worst part is, they openly smoke weed, which I was thought was no no on camera and blow you off. I have sent emails to bigo live United States over and over; even with picture evidence, in which Bigo even made me make it in video format (what?) I sent a snapshot from C the agency leader stating he would release me and that it was no big deal, but that lovely (not) individual did not keep or fulfill his word. ALL IT IS A GOOGLE FORM TO SUBMIT TO BIGO and he lied. But that is the character and behavior that BIGO seems to relish and delight in. Let’s just have a slew of hood-rats, inmates going live, people selling drugs openly on the platform. Yes. Hey send me this many beans and I’ll mail you the jar of edibles with full THC concentration. I just saw that a few days ago. I have months of messages between myself and BIGO and nothing. I was told twice that they would forward my information twice but I think they just delete you messages. They do not care about what happens to their hosts. Especially if the hosts are not broadcasting about Meth, prostitution, beating their kids while live(actually seen it several times) mouths that need to cleaned with soap, backbiting, hate, and so one.Why, because that is the content that brings in a million beans each time one of the hosts (that need treatment and their children taken away to safety so we don’t have to watch them beating them during their live and hearing their screens and this happened once was during a PK)! Bigo seems to relish debauchery at it’s worst.But when a host, who was never told or given any information about signing with an agency, ends up realizing to late what is going on, they are screwed because BIGO is not holding them accountable and closing their misleading, money laundering, dope pushing agencies. So, the host walks away and leaves BIGO. What is even worse, the really mature Agency Leaders have broken all lines of communication from me because I was brave enough to say something. The other hosts with them would not say anything; due to the fact, we are dealing with real life thugs who commit crimes and fraud on a regular basis. Why, because they can. Bigo isn’t going to hold these criminals accountable. Why, money. Literally, Bigo is chop full of embezzlement, money laundering, inmates going live while incarcerated and they build families. They are in Prison. Cell phones are contraband in every federal, state, jail, and county lock up in America. The support is nil to none and the only hosts Bigo USA supports are those that make money from them. It is inexcusable and many hosts on Bigo US bring shame upon America. If you want to have a BIGO session, go to the projects because that is what it is becoming. Twerking, drinking, drugs, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, human trafficking and the list goes on. Heck, just take a walk in the projects in your town, and it is BIGO Live Time. 100’s of great broadcasters that really brought content to the platform are leaving. These are hosts that are the highest tier and make millions of bean in 3 days, sometimes less, sometimes more and they are walking away and moving to a different platform that doesn’t allow any of the above mentioned things that Bigo allows and of course, let me end. You will have no recourse if you need help because the support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with!
DO NOT PUT A PENNY ON THIS APP BIGO WILL KEEP ALL YOUR MONEY AND BAN YOUR ACCOUNT LIKE THEY DID MINES & MANY OTHERS. SMH BIGO IS ALSO RACIST ALLOWING CHINESE & WHITE GIRLS TO WEAR SKIMPY OUTFITS WHILE BANNING BLACK GIRLS FOR A TANK TOP
Went in to get a new battery installed for my wife's Honda CRV, Was met by Gilbert Rodriguez who was extraordinarily polite. He was happy to get some one on the job and stated it would likely take 45 minutes or more. I left the car with him and headed on foot to get a cup of coffee. Barely sat down with the coffee when my phone ringing and it was Gilbert notifying me the car was ready. He made sure the old battery was returned to me so I could get back 23 dollars from auto zone for returning the " core"of the old battery. He carried the old battery to the car and wished me well. I told him his mom would be very proud of him. Excellent service and I felt comfortable leaving the car with them, Excellent service! The cost to install the battery ended up costing $20 less than what was quoted. Kudos to Gilbert and the tean there at Big O Tires
I think the app is good because it way better so glad am off these two been the worsted experience in my life so am looking forward to see new people an good community. Never ever go back to trovo or twitch anymore just a waste of money so now I'll have best chance yet to come
