Still fix for cash flow problem this person says I knew how to fix which is not true setting my computer date back to pre-January is not a fix to the program. Its a program Fault and it is now march and nothing has been done to fix it

Too many tax codes complicate usability

There are excessive tax codes that don't apply locally, making the software overly complicated for basic bookkeeping. It's not user-friendly at all. I canceled the trial within 10 minutes. I have no interest in foreign tax codes. Simplicity, akin to what other platforms offer, focusing on WITH GST and NO GST, would be much appreciated.

Frustrating experience with support

The software fails to track payments effectively. Customer support is unhelpful. A recurring issue has persisted for over a year despite promises of resolution, and the problem returns monthly. The support staff often fail to follow up as promised, and when they do, it’s not timely. No one seems to take responsibility for their actions. My first 22 years using this product were fine, but the last 24 months have been a nightmare.

Some positives but major drawbacks

There are commendable features, such as fair pricing and an intuitive setup. However, the support staff are a major letdown. International connections can be poor, and it's frustrating when staff provide incorrect answers or guess due to lack of knowledge. It’s better to submit a ticket in writing since that yields more accurate responses. Management should ensure all inquiries receive feedback and empower staff to admit when they don’t know something.
