I am very frustrated with this company. I have purchased running shorts before without any issues. However, my recent order for a new pair resulted in receiving the wrong size. I ordered an XL but was sent a M instead. I appreciate their products, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. I ordered and paid in good faith, only to receive the incorrect size. I've been trying to contact the support team for about a week, reaching out at least six times through email, their return portal, and voice messages. I even attempted their online live chat, but received no response. The customer service is truly disappointing, and I can't understand how they manage to operate.
The representative initially got the order wrong. I requested a large, light blue long sleeve shirt, but received a small instead. I realized right after placing the order that I had given the wrong address. I quickly emailed and called customer support. Soon after, I got a call back confirming that the order details had been corrected and it was being sent to the right address. What a relief!
