I’m not gonna lie, I was hesitant to order my daughter’s quinceañera dress from here since I read so many mixed reviews. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I get an amazing deal, but it was absolutely breathtaking. I saw on UPS label it got shipped directly from the Mon Cheri distribution warehouse (the parent company of the princesa Ariana Vara dress I got her). Honestly, i’ve realized that the majority of the people that are complaining about this place are the ones that are trying to do exchanges and returns. My advice is that you make sure that size you’re getting is accurate. Even if you have to go to a local boutique to try on the brand dress you want to buy. That’s what we did. We tried on an Ariana vara dress at a local boutique and then turned around and bought it for $800 less on their site. As long as your size is accurate, you should be golden! Definitely go for it.
Absolutely do not shop here. This company does not offer refunds and makes returns unnecessarily difficult and expensive for the customer.
Despite being priced like reputable retailers, their customer service is extremely unfriendly and clearly not customer-focused. To return an item, they require excessive and unreasonable steps, including:
Writing the RMA number and order number clearly on the outside of the package and providing a photo of it
Paying for return shipping yourself (no return label provided)
Replying with a UPS/FedEx tracking number or risk delays
Submitting clear photos of the front and back of the item, including tags, before they will even process the return
Failure to comply exactly can result in delays or denial of store credit. This process is frustrating, one-sided, and feels designed to discourage returns altogether.
There are many other retailers with better policies and far better customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this one.

BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY AND THEIR POLICIES ARE CRIMINAL. I PURCHASED A $600 DRESS IN GOOD FAITH, TRIED IT ON ONCE, IT DID NOT FIT WELL, SO I ASKED TO RETURN IT. THEY HAVE THIS CUMBERSOME PROTOCOL, INCLUDING SENDING PICTURES AND THEN I HAD TO PAY OVER $80 TO SEND IT BACK INSURED WITH SIGNATURE ACCEPTANCE. ONCE THEY RECEIVED IT, THEY HAD TO INSPECT IT BEFORE THEY SAID THEY WOULD ISSUE ME A STORE CREDIT (AS IF I WOULD EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN) AND WHATEVER I PURCHASED WITH THE STORE CREDIT WOULD BE A FINAL SALE. I DEMANDED A REFUND TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT AND THEY MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH THEY WERE DOING ME THIS HUGE FAVOR. THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THEY WILL DEDUCT 25% ($150!! - RIDICULOUS!) FOR A RESTOCKING FEE AND THEIR FREIGHT CHARGE WHEN THEY SENT IT TO ME AS WELL AS A HANDLING FEE. LONG STORY SHORT, I’M OUT $300 FOR A $600 DRESS I RETURNED!
I haven’t received my dress yet, I texted them January 26 via email where they were very cooperative. I made sure to ask them all the needed questions before purchasing. Main concern was it coming in on time. I live in Hawaii and they specifically said 48-72 hours for processing and 2-4 days for shipping. Today is February 4 it should’ve been delivered by yesterday. I have been pressuring them, to complete my purchase. On February 2 they said the dress was processed by their “processing team” and waiting for my tracking number… GREAT. But now February 3/4 they’re saying my dress is being processed and I’ll be sent my tracking number when it’s prepared. I feel like I’m talking to an ai. It scares me but I took all precautions and screenshots. If my dress doesn’t come in in time, correct dress, right size, and no damage… I will do whatever it takes to shut this website down once and for all. I advise the couture candy team to really pinpoint my order. Then I’ll put in a better review.
