Bigo overall is a great app! There are good people on there and are on there doing positive things. Except this one lady Ashley Shepherd! Her id# ThroatBabyAsh. Her name on her page is China Red Cream. She made an ignorant comment yesterday about George Floyd deserving to die! It has caused so much anger and her page needs to be taken down! The videos will be posted, so she can NO LONGER be on Bigo!
Worst App permanently ban accounts after taking your money. Then they won’t say anything to your messages for days. Definitely racists app. Seen so many people doing crazy stuff and not get banned but then let a not so popular person of color do nothing permanently banned. It’s time to find a new app. I see why people constantly leaves the app. Piece of Shi*
My daughter downloaded this app and was banned for doing her makeup content. She was completely dresses in her work robe that was completely closed, she is naturally figured and as I was Conversing with other people on the app there is A wide range of discrimination going on, I seen indigenous American asiatics getting banned almost for nothing, & as I explore I see a large number of European us citizens actually doing pornography and pornagraphic content, and actually playing with themselves and I went on and on, now im upset because my 6 year old son walked in the room and saw it because my device is connected to my Television, and that was seen on a European us citizen panel, But the Americans and black Americans get banned for completely harmless things, Now im going to show those videos to my father who is Lawyer and my mother who works for the news and show him/her the videos and show him the screen shots and screen recordings, of how the Black Americans are being discriminated against! A racist appHe was banned for nothing sexual and you guys made it that, but i guess they only target the black communities,

This app has so many issues , it is ridiculous:1) Bigo takes about 80% of any value gifts dropped for broadcasters , and of any beans converted to diamonds. As such , Bigo is always making money one way or another. As such , they very elegantly "rob" both the broadcasters and viewers.2) Bigo banning system is extremely corrupt. They leave post pics of girls who are almost nude , and let them dance in such derogatory manner on lives, while banning decent people for no absolute reason. No explanation provided.3) Their customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Their comprehension and command of the English language (the main language of the app) is horrible at best. They take over 3 days to reply , and their responses are generic due to their lack of understanding. As such, any appeals or questions will NOT be answered , and poorly if answered. 4) Related to (1), Bigo does not pay the broadcasters in a timely manner, not correctly even. Many times, disputes occur due to the severe delay in payment (up to 4 weeks), as well as shaving amounts off in order to decrease the pay you'll get. Related to (3), you will not be answered or poorly even answered by their incompetent customer service.5) So many "wedding" suggestive gifts on Bigo. It feels like the developers of this app are lonely bunch of people , and as such , they are living their fantasy of a woman actually taking pity in them and marrying them. So many wedding suggestive gifts, and as such , the Bigo population "bigo marry" each other. What kind of childish non-sense is this? 6) Due to the corrupted nature of the app, the app is constantly sold to different owners every few months to a year , as such constantly changing policies. This is an indication of the ineffective management of this app , therefore people constantly leaving, therefore having to be sold.Reading all of the above, Bigo is not a platform worth of your time. As a viewer, don't waste time buying gifts and just watch the lack of self respect women dance on cam without paying a penny, and as a broadcaster trying to gain a platform, don't waste time because you'll need to invest thousands of dollars before making any money back. Their lack of customer service also suggests the app is not well maintained , and such not worth dropping any money on. I charged back all the money I put on the app for this reason.
Working for bigo as a host is like being a lap dancer. Your put on a agency and into a family from day one. No one knows anything about broadcasting, it's all about touting your help them if they help you. If you want to do your own thing forget it, the family owns you and tells you off for how you do or don't broadcast.They want you to keep folk talking so they gift you, this is dishonest as people are thinking your a friend and they paying you from a credit card to gift you for being a friend. I was a host for a few days and could see this site should be banded! Theft in the highest order by unemployed folk who think they are cleaver and rip off others by pretending to be friends with them. They should rename it to the Online sex worker app!
