Thorough, professional and detailed ultrasound scan, fully explained and precisely articulated by an experienced nurse.The consultation with the doctor, following the scan, was conducted in a professional and informed manner. All my questions were answered in detail. I felt welcomed and valued as a patient by a friendly and patient focused expert.
From initial assessment through to the procedure all staff were professional friendly efficient and helpful. The procedure itself was pain-free and over quickly. Was able to get up and start walking straight away. Detailed recovery information is sent via email. Informative and reassuring. Would highly recommend this clinic
Very thorough assessment pre treatment. Good guidance around what to expect. Dr and nurses during the procedure were very professional and gentle. They talked through everything! It was uncomfortable/ a bit painful and I did struggle to process everything they said but there was a back up of an email. You can’t get your legs wet for 48 hours but I bought plastic leg covers from Amazon so was able to shower. I’m about to remove the stockings and dressings and have a proper shower today . A bit uncomfortable day 1 and 2 but feel better day 3. Before during and after care is of a very high standard. Can’t comment on the final outcome just yet as at least 2 more treatments to go. Took 3 years to finally have the courage to get my legs assessed! Very happy to have done this and looking forward to at least feel more comfortable - looking better will be the icing on the cake. Thanks to the medical team for their care so far.
