My order arrived timely, but damaged, I needed it that day and so I never complained, one of the zips was missing, I took one off the Camelbak that I was retiring and managed to add it to the new Hydration pack. I’m only giving 4* due to this being missed at quality control stage, and for a day sack over £100 it’s not really acceptable.

Purchased some lights at a great price, which included shipping.

Unsure as to what benefit of there membership scheme is actually providing, as it says item such as the lights I purchased should are marked as "bikeparts+" which it says as a premium member it says gets "free express shipping" but didn't ship any quicker and was still sent by tracked 48 like my other order from here taking 5 days to arrive.

Unfortunately, Bikeparts appear not to include the full delivery address for items purchased which results in packages being returned to sender and the whole process being extended by days, if not weeks (as in the case before xmas) and clearly it's not an xmas capacity issue as the same has happened with my latest order
