If there were an option for zero stars, I would select it! I placed an order on November 1 for two items, and as of December 4, they have yet to arrive. This has been a total disaster. I will NEVER return to this site!

This is a scam, and the product description does not match the actual quality at all! If you want to be disappointed, then order from them! I believe the payment service should reconsider their partnership with this company.

Very Disheartening Experience

As a customer, I felt very sad and disappointed after making a purchase. First, they were not honest with their customers; second, it took ages to get a response when I complained about the items. Each time I reached out, a different person replied with irrelevant questions, which was frustrating. They seem to lack a proper system to track previous communications. I received no help, and no one should have to endure what we experienced. It's wise to think carefully before making a purchase.

Extremely Poor Quality Received

I received a very low-quality product that was advertised as a set of four items, beautifully packaged, but they sent me just one in a plastic wrap. It's a scam; do yourself a favor and order from elsewhere.
