A significant change, ultimately a major letdown. They are quick to accept your payment and lock you into lengthy contracts, but when you face challenges due to a downturn in work, they show no willingness to assist. Their response times are appalling, they struggle to make decisions, and they are not inclined to offer support. Steer clear at all costs. There are far better systems available for a much lower price.
Steer clear. This service will not collaborate with you when you attempt to reduce costs or scale back. They focus solely on adding services, never removing them, and aim to lock you into long, costly contracts. Sales are quick to upsell, but when you request to take anything out, suddenly no one can make decisions. The only solution they propose is to sign a new three-year contract, even when you’re trying to cut back. If you need flexibility or are looking to scale down, avoid them. They increase costs but won’t decrease them.
A major change, more like a major letdown. They are quick to accept your payment and lock you into lengthy contracts, but when you encounter difficulties due to a downturn in business, they show no interest in working with you. Their response times are shocking, they struggle to make decisions, and their willingness to assist is lacking. Avoid at all costs. There are much better systems available for far less money.
Exercise caution. In my experience, the service is not well equipped to accommodate clients looking to scale back or manage expenses. They are eager to add services but much less cooperative when it comes to removing them. The usual response to any request for reduction tends to be a push for a new long-term contract, rather than a sincere effort to modify the existing agreement. Sales are quick and responsive when upselling, but once you request to cut anything from the scope, the pace slows and it becomes challenging to receive a clear decision. It often feels like no one has the authority to approve a reduction unless it involves committing to another multi-year deal. If flexibility or cost control is your priority, this may not be the right choice. They facilitate increasing spending but complicate the process of decreasing it.
This service has been a major disappointment. The software is poorly designed and overly complicated. Simple tasks like sending an invoice require exiting a job and re-entering just to trigger a confirmation. This is a waste of time and not how a professional system should operate. Support is severely lacking. Issues get closed without resolution and labeled as “expected behavior” rather than being addressed. There’s no real assistance when problems arise. We were misled about the product's capabilities. We were told it could handle large files, but the file size limits and data allowance are inadequate. You quickly run out of data and cannot properly download or view attachments, making it unsuitable for construction or drainage businesses. Given the cost, the system is not worth it. I would not recommend this service.
