I bought a dress that was far too big and they won’t do exchanges on sale items for a smaller size. Outrageous customer service from them and will never buy from them again. Be careful when buying.
Always having had a great experience with this online store, I was disappointed to experience some issues with a recent purchase, however the customer service team have been responsive and turned this around. I would like to thank them and look forward to receiving my replacement items.
They claim to care about their customers, but it's clear they don't. They will take your money if the clothes are on sale, and if they don't fit, there’s no exchange or store credit. Their size guides are ineffective and the customer service is awful.
I ordered multiple items and found one set that was available for a fraction of the price elsewhere. Once it arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the quality and the excessive markup. The product had a strong chemical smell, loose threads, and poorly finished seams. This set is not worth the high price tag!
