Stay away from this joke of an exchange!! First they caused my account to go into the negative by messing with my past deposits, then they blocked me from making any more deposits, then they instructed me to make a deposit ASAP (which I was prevented from doing) or they would liquidate my assets, then they liquidated my assets almost 10% BELOW market value at time of sale. This all happened while customer support was TRYING to figure out why they blocked my ability to make deposits and TRYING to remove the block. Seriously, it's a circus -- terrible, incompetent customer service where the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. I asked customer service to hold off liquidating my assets until THEY can figure out why they're block me from making deposits and they literally just ignored me. They also PREVENT you from contacting customer service after creating a "help ticket" for you, which basically means you have to sit and watch your accounts go in flames while they take their sweet time getting back to you (been waiting a week and still no help from the "help ticket"). Do yourself a favor and stay away from these jokers. Binance SEEMS professional and legit, until a problem happens.
My experience with this company was so devastating that I nearly bankrupted. I lost a lot to them, it was late before I realized that they are a big scam. Thanks to my friend who told me about PAIVA, with them my payouts has been steadily disbursed.
They have had my money on hold for over 3 weeks. I have continually chatted with customer service. They say the issue is resolved however they still have my money. It is like a criminal organization. They act as though I will walk away from my money and they will get to keep it. I don't trust them. This is a very bad platform. I suggest you look somewhere else for your crypto needs. They are horrible.
I've had my account for about 4 years and it's mostly been ok. I do a little bit of trading on it but the main reason I use it is to get stablecoins to on-chain wallets for DEX trading on BSC. Not many other US exchanges support that chain. I haven't had the withdrawal issues a lot of other reviewers have complained about.The withdrawal method *is* a little cumbersome having to use email verification, but it's not terrible. They should upgrade to a passkey system to make things easier as other exchanges have done.Sometimes they have dodgy liquidity on some coins which makes market orders unusable, so you have to do limit orders, or there can sometimes be a lot of slippage on trades I guess due to low liquidity. That said, I've never had any serious problems with it other than a rare outage her and there. I do like the bought/sold markers on the trading view charts. But Kraken has those. I wish Coinbase had them.I am happy they've recently brought back ACH cash transfers after a long absence, due to a more friendly crypto banking environment in the USA. However the fees on purchasing USDT from these cash deposits are absolute highway robbery. Other exchanges take far less fees for purchasing stablecoins. Coinbase has USDC purchase from cash for zero fees.Basically it's ok, but generally speaking Coinbase and Kraken are superior.
I am writing this review to help others from not making the mistake of using this crypto exchange. Twice they have made the error of locking me out of buying crypto by not allowing me to download funds from my bank because the service they use (Plaid) says the funds aren't there, then saying that that the bank denied the transaction. All the while there is funds available and the bank did not deny the transaction.I also believe that the whole time you're discussing it with them, you're texting with an A.I. computer!Save yourself time and frustration. Do your research and find another crypto exchange!!!At this time, I still have 4 days until I can purchase more crypto. By then, it will probably be alot higher!!Thanks, Binance!
Ridiculous restrictions while withdrawing. These guys are worthless/useless how can they do business with such a pathetic attitude. They are not allowing my cash withrawals as well. It is already more than 72 hours of my crypto purchase. I converted crypto to cash and they are not allowing the withdrawal. Does these people have any common-sense or not ?. I also converted back the cash to crypto and still not allowing the withdrawal.
This is absurd I’m willing to share my experience to anyone pls don’t fall victim they refused to approved my withdrawal request of $8,730 so in the process of placing to many withdrawals request my account was locked I have spoken to the customer service and submitted every documents still nothing I waited for days hoping they are going to do something so I explained everything to my colleague at work and she recomend a platform they help me recover all my money in few days . Pls be careful I hope this can help
I put some funds with Binance and I have to wait for 7 days to clear it. After waiting for 7 days and I was about to deposit it in my wallet to make a transaction, my account was locked. I tried to chat with the customer service and they said that it is under review. I tried chatting with them after a few days and I got no response. I tried to make another chat and it’s the same. It’s under review up to now. I don’t know how many days shall I wait before they lift the block from my account. They never send me an email to explain what went wrong. This is already the 2nd support ticket that they gave me. Support ticket # 23287798. I hope they can resolve this issue now. I can’t wait for another day to use my account.
