The customer service rep was good, what was not good are the chemists at this company. I am a very well known scientist with experience in sol-gel, organometallic, and polymer chemistry but when I bought a counterfeit version of this product the biosil chemists didn't even return correspondence through the rep even when I offered to have the fake capsules analyzed for free at a university that specializes in drug chemistry! So thumbs up to the rep because she did try but a major thumbs down to the chemists at this company.
