I purchased the vanilla kefir protein shake, and while I understand it’s supposed to be fermented, the smell was terrible. I checked the expiration date, and it's still valid, but it had a rancid odor. The taste was acceptable but definitely not good and certainly not vanilla. I won’t be purchasing this again.

I've been a fan of the kefir milk since the beginning, but it has really declined in quality. It’s very watery and doesn’t taste like it used to. While purchases from another retailer have been satisfactory, my recent buys from one particular store have been inconsistent. I've even noticed black mold around the tops of the bottles. I used to shake them before opening, but I stopped after noticing the mold. I reached out to the company but received no response, so I’ll be addressing this directly with the retailer.
I've been buying the kefir yogurt for over a year, but it’s clear that the amount in the container is decreasing. Initially, the pot was quite full, but now I’m lucky if it’s three-quarters full. It seems like manufacturers cut corners when their products gain popularity. Be cautious, as this could backfire, especially with competitors who maintain better quality.
I’ve been drinking 500ml daily for the last six months and was very pleased with the thick consistency and flavor. However, a few weeks ago, I noticed it has become noticeably thinner and less flavorful. I thought it might just be a one-off, but after several weeks and multiple bottles, the product hasn’t returned to its previous quality. Honestly, I’d prefer a price increase over a diluted product, but it seems I’ll need to look for a new brand.
I just opened the organic kefir bottle and noticed that about one-fifth of the quantity was missing. If they’re cutting back on quantity, they might also be compromising on the organic quality of the kefir. What’s the point of good taste if we don’t prioritize health?
Like many food products today, this started off as a high-quality item—thick and flavorful—but has since been watered down and lacks taste. It seems that the company prioritized profits over quality after gaining a loyal customer base. It’s disappointing to see this trend in business.
