Very dissatisfied with delivery and order accuracy

I feel let down by the delivery process and the items I received. They sent me completely different products from what I ordered, with only one item being correct while the rest were unacceptable. I won't be placing any further orders.

Incomplete order with no response from support

Our first order went smoothly, but during our second order, some items were missing upon delivery. I tried calling but got no answer, and emails went unanswered as well. After finally getting a response through the contact form, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. My money hasn’t been refunded, and I'm still waiting for help. Highly disappointed.

No refund for missing items in my order

I placed an order on May 25th that arrived somewhat late but in good condition. However, there were discrepancies in the weights of the items, with one being 100 grams short and others around 20 grams less. I contacted support, and while they acknowledged the issue, I haven't received any follow-up or refund since. It's disappointing because I liked the quality.

Good value but delivery issues

The value is good, and delivery was prompt. However, the frozen turkey arrived completely defrosted. I’ve placed it in the freezer and hope it will be fine, but if not, it could ruin my Christmas dinner.
