I placed an order and then I had a question about the product I ordered, and she refused to answer my question insisting I needed my order number and my email in order to answer the question and since she couldn't speak English, very well she couldn't get either one of them are correct and said she couldn't find my order.
So I called back a second time and asked somebody the same question and he answered the question however, I asked a second question and he couldn't get the answer right from the info I found on your site so I asked him to clarify and then he hung up on me. Not impressed at all. I am hoping the product is effective.
