There was no greeting or appreciation during my visit. I ordered a black americano and only realized halfway through that it tasted off; they replaced my half-filled cup with another black one without a word. I would have given it 1 star if it weren't for the delicious cakes.

The service at the local bakery was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. I requested a filled roll but was told they couldn't provide one due to a lack of brown rolls, despite the shop being full of options. It took too long for them to realize they could use white rolls instead. The staff appeared frustrated, and the overall experience was quite poor, especially during lunchtime.
I've noticed a shift in the local bakery, which now seems overly flashy. I used to love their pork pies and would eagerly queue for them during the holidays. I decided to treat myself this weekend, but it seems they've altered the recipe—resulting in a greasy, bland pie. I won't be queuing this year!
I can't fathom why there are so many negative reviews—this bakery is fantastic! I recently discovered their delivery service, which is tempting as I want to order all the time. The food is consistently fresh and delightful. I especially enjoy the caramel donut and chia seed loaf. My visits to the local shop have also been pleasant, with friendly service. Keep up the great work!
I was served today by a wonderful lady. Each time I visit, I'm greeted with a warm smile and polite service. She even invites me to sit comfortably while she brings my order. Her dedication to customer care makes me feel valued, and I always prefer this location over others because of her. Thank you for your remarkable service!
I don't know what changes have been made to the pork pies, but they are no longer the same. They used to be great, but now they taste ordinary and bland, making them not worth the price. I've purchased them for years, but I won't be returning.
