AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The worst experience I've ever had.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is the worst experience I've ever had while purchasing a Christmas tree. It was an absolute nightmare. I spent £87 on the tree and arranged for delivery. They rescheduled without informing me until I reached out. Communication was non-existent. When the tree finally arrived, it looked nothing like the photos on their website. Upon setting it up, I discovered it was crooked. We have a sturdy stand with metal supports, so it should not lean, but the trunk itself was warped. I thought maybe once I removed the net and decorated it, it would look better. However, when I took off the net, I was dismayed — it resembled a £20 tree at best. I tried to remain calm. After decorating, it still stood unevenly and looked absolutely nothing like the images. I understand some variation is expected, but the photos show multiple identical trees, leading me to believe those aren’t even their actual trees! After a week of attempting to fix it, even resorting to tying it with strings, I lost hope and reached out for assistance. I first messaged them on social media — no response. Then I called, as they claim to be available 24/7. I called around 8 am and was directed to voicemail. No reply on social media either. Later in the evening, they finally answered the phone and instructed me to send an email. What nonsense? Why does it matter where they respond? Nevertheless, I emailed them, and they agreed to replace the tree. I requested a photo of the replacement tree — remember, it cost £87 — to ensure it would be acceptable. They said it was impossible because all the trees were wrapped in netting. What do they mean “all wrapped”? Are the trees not even sold yet already cut and wrapped? And I can’t choose my tree? Then they offered a 50% refund if I kept this tree. I agreed, but only if it was straight — which it’s not worth even £40. The tree is 7 ft tall, while last year I paid £50 for an 8 ft one. This one is nowhere near worth what I paid. I asked for a 75% refund. They then began making personal excuses, claiming they would incur a loss and that they usually just replace trees… Why is that my concern? If they can’t provide real photos of their 7–8 ft trees, isn’t that their problem? Then they claimed I had set it up incorrectly. That was the final straw! I love Christmas! I’ve never had issues with trees before! Is this my first time buying one? I’ve been putting up trees since I was 8! It’s my favorite holiday! This store is horrendous! I will never shop here again!!! The service is appalling! Some may not care — “a tree is a tree” — but I want the most beautiful ones! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! They ruined my mood, my Christmas spirit, and I lost my money! Now I need to buy another tree, as I will forever associate Christmas with this dreadful store!!!
