Several weeks back I ordered a blind accessory in the Geelong store. None were on the shelves even though their stock system identified a few onsite. They ordered another for me, luckily still at the sale process as advertised (sale ending in a couple of days). After 3 weeks no phone call, so drove back to the store (25km round trip). Item never came in even though similar items ordered by others about same time came in. I was told it appeared the warehouse was not sending the item. I was advised to order online. Bummer - means a delivery fee. So tried to see if I could order it online, but couldn't as their system did not recognise my address!
So made a complaint. Was told to order it online, but would not honour the sale price. After numerous emails I was told to order it and the postage would be reimbursed. I was eventually able to order it as after a week the system recognised my address. Just waiting on the postage refund.
Can't believe this unproductive process, costing hours in wages to deal with this issue, when all they had to do was send the item from the warehouse to the store. And cost of the accessory ordered? Only $15-. Shareholders would be furious by this inefficiency.

Low Quality and Disappointing!

No returns on pillows... I get the policy, but what happens when the quality is subpar? The pillows weren't cheap, and I'm stuck with them. Once I took them out of the packaging, it was clear they were poorly made. The manager offered no apology. Definitely not a happy customer. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Disappointing Quality and Return Policy

No returns on pillows... I understand the policy, but what happens when the quality is unacceptable? The pillows were not inexpensive, and now I’m left with them. Once unwrapped, it was clear they are poorly made. There was no apology from management. I am not satisfied. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Lackluster Service Experience

The service experience in Darwin was severely lacking. The server avoided eye contact, practically tossed the receipt at me, and was chatting with a co-worker as she walked away before I could even grab my purchase. I attempted to file a complaint online, but it bounced back. The company seems too large to care about customer satisfaction. It feels like the only option left is to shop online.

I picked up my order at the store on the same day and experienced wonderful customer service with friendly smiles. I bought a mattress topper, and it’s just what I needed for my bed! 🥰

Frustrating Online Order Experience

I attempted to order fabric online in a specific size but couldn't. I called customer care for assistance, and the representative was rude, leading me to cancel my order. When I called the store to check if they had what I needed, I was connected to another rude representative who hung up on me. I won't be ordering from here again; I can't believe the poor interaction while trying to make a purchase.

Regrettable Order Experience

I mistakenly placed an order and tried to cancel it within an hour, thinking it would be possible per the company’s policy. However, my cancellation request was denied because they claimed the order was already processed! Overall, my experience was negative, and I would rate it a zero if I could. I won't be dealing with this company again.

Avoid Online Orders

Avoid ordering online; it's not worth the stress of tracking your order when it fails to arrive. They also use unreliable couriers who are extremely ineffective.

Beware of Additional Fees

I wish I could give negative stars. I placed an online order in NZ dollars for over $600, and since they don't deliver, I arranged to pick it up from a store an hour away. I noticed an unexpected 'international transactional fee' on my bank statement, which was not mentioned on my invoice. I emailed the company to request a refund for this fee, and instead, they canceled my entire order without my consent. I'm appalled. I took a day off work to collect my order, and they had the audacity to cancel it after charging me illegally. I’m still waiting for a resolution.
