Fit Well, But Quality Lacks

The clothes fit and look great, but the quality is disappointing. I've owned cheaper items that have lasted longer. After just two uses, the coat began tearing at the arms, and the suit had holes in the pockets. They also struggle with customer support responses.

Poor Quality Products

The items received were of very low quality and did not match the descriptions. The suit fits but has a terrible odor, and the material feels cheap. Do not order! They even sent the wrong shirt, and customer support is unresponsive.

Comments and suggestions

My only comment on this is that they should provide a way to track the package as I didn't even know when my package arrived until I asked about it lol, but regarding the clothes it is fantastic, exquisite quality of the fabric, the design is wonderful, you feel and you see the quality everywhere, I am very happy with the purchase, it is completely worth every penny I spent on this purchase, I also appreciate the attention of Mr. Victor for choosing my sizes more intelligently and avoiding returns in this way, as well as solving my doubts regarding the whereabouts of my order. Perfect customer service
