I ordered a bouquet from a branch that was supposed to be local to my friend. It spent over 24 hours in transit, and when it finally arrived, the flowers were wilted, looking old and nearly dead. This was a £25 purchase, and it was the worst florist experience I've ever had.

Terrible experience.

Where do I even start? This is actually a front for multiple so-called 'florists.' I did some digging and discovered that these overpriced flowers came from a company that doesn't even seem to exist, which is actually just a wholesaler. Many of these so-called businesses rely on this wholesaler to sell online. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive my flowers on Valentine’s Day as ordered. My partner tried to contact them endlessly with no response. Then, they finally arrived, and they were absolutely dreadful for the price. I would give zero stars if I could and will encourage my partner to return them.

Extremely overpriced.

The flowers cost nearly £50, but there were only five actual flowers in the bunch; the rest was just greenery. They wilted within five days. Do not waste your money.

Disappointing delivery.

For the past 30 years, my friend has been sending me flowers from New Zealand for my birthday. However, yesterday, the arrangement arrived looking wilted, as most of the stems were not in water. Whoever put this arrangement together clearly lacked florist training, as the tape used did not hold the stems properly. I couldn't find any indication of who prepared it since there was no card included. This is a waste of my friend's money and disappointing for me.

Not worth the investment.

I ordered flowers three weeks in advance for the day before Mother's Day. The delivery window was from 9 AM to 6 PM, but they arrived at 6:45 PM. The flowers began to wilt after three days and were completely gone by day five.
