Completely disappointing

Completely disappointing. Avoid this company if you want to keep your peace of mind. Their products fail to deliver on their promises, and the aftersales service is the worst I've ever experienced. I will continuously advise others against purchasing from them.

Fantastic product

I purchased a hydrosteam, and I couldn't be happier. I plan to stick with this product as long as it continues to meet my expectations. After using the basic model for a few months, I find it to be outstanding.

Poor aftersales support

I had the cleaner for just over 3 years and used it 15 times before the motor failed. I reached out for help and was told to send it back at my own cost. It's unacceptable for a product that cost over $500 to fail like this. I've always bought from this brand, but never again.

Disappointing product and service

I bought the Pro Heat 2x Revolution Pet after seeing positive reviews, but it quickly lost suction. Despite being within the warranty period, customer service has been a nightmare, with slow responses and unhelpful advice. They refuse to replace a faulty part, leaving me with a useless machine. Avoid this company and consider renting a cleaner instead. I'm still waiting for a response about a replacement.
