The driver failed to show up for a pickup from the theater, leaving two young women stranded late at night in the city. I waited a long time on the phone for customer service but was stuck in a loop. Can we depend on them? I have used this service over 30 times globally, and this is the first occurrence—hopefully not a consequence of their new instant booking feature.
Booked 2 rides to a restaurant and back. First ride was really good and had a great time.Sadly the ride back was in a van instead of a normal car (I ordered a car) and it had no water and charging option. And the chauffeur drove a little to fast and sharp for my liking.Would book again, hopefully next time with the right car.
Blacklane is extremely reliable, professional, and flexible. They place a premium priority on customer service and satisfaction. The app is very easy to navigate (although roundtrip bookings are not offered). Yes, they are more expensive. But the service and reliability are very much worth the extra.

Our driver was great! He met us at the baggage claim area and also showed me where an ATM was when I asked. He took our bags and loaded them. Very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Also helped us to our hotel as the last part was by foot. Such a nice service and nice driver!
