It was a gift for my mom, so I was very careful to have everything ready and perfect for her (and I can be pretty annoying on these things, I apologise again lol). I ordered these before Christmas, like the 19th of December, so I knew they might not arrive in 7 working days. However, the 7 became 14, and then, sure, I waited for the festivities to finish because everything just stops. However, the tracking was already working, so I was hopeful. Another week passes, no updates. I tried to put the tracking number on the Italian post website, but it said it didn't exist, and at the same time, it was not in the UK anymore. Basically, for three weeks, these poor covers were nowhere to be found. Honestly, I started annoying the support centre way before then, and Corey specifically was very patient in trying find an explanation for it. Of course, once sent, none can do much. Anyways, I waited one week, I waited another one, and I kept in touch with the support centre to see if they had any news. Nothing, so I asked if it was possible to have a refund as I gave them for lost now (it was 1 month and 7 days). Joke's on me, cause on Monday my mother sent me pictures saying they arrived. She was very happy, so I contacted the support one last time to clarify the situation. I thank you guys again for the patient support. The website is legit, and the covers are very beautiful. They made my mom very happy, she said now her phone is brand new <3
I am very dissatisfied. I ordered a case, screen protector, and camera lens protector for my phone. The case did not fit over the camera lens cover, making it impossible to use both at the same time, and the screen protector was too small, which made using the edges of the screen unfeasible. I selected this company based on positive feedback and attractive designs; although the prices were on the higher side, they seemed justified by the reviews. Unfortunately, that assumption was completely incorrect—these products were not worth the money or anything at all. I am returning everything for a refund, which has been approved, but I have to cover the return postage. While it's only £1.99, given that the return is due to the items not being suitable, this cost shouldn't fall on me. A very disappointing experience.

The quality is impressive for the price, and it's quite durable, providing excellent protection while maintaining a stylish appearance. It's much more affordable than other brands offering similar quality. I would certainly purchase from this seller again.
A beautiful and unique phone case of good quality. I feel my phone is well protected, and it brings me joy every time I see it. However, I find the charging port a bit tricky to use; if not careful, the charger doesn't connect properly. It was an issue initially, but I've learned to be cautious now.
