I had a disappointing experience with Blinkit. I intended to order a USB Bluetooth dongle, but due to their search results, I accidentally selected a Wi-Fi dongle instead. As soon as the item was delivered, I reached out via their chat support to report the mistake and request a return.Despite contacting them immediately and explaining that it was an honest error, they refused to accept a return. It’s frustrating that there is no flexibility or consideration even when the product was unused and the mistake was reported right away.For a platform that delivers tech accessories, clearer search results and better customer support are a must. I expected better service and a simple resolution, but sadly, this experience has left me disappointed.
I’m extremely disappointed with how Blinkit handled my recent issue. I received the wrong order, and instead of resolving the matter professionally, your support team accused me of lying (“jhoot”). This is completely unacceptable and insulting.As a regular customer, I expect better treatment. Mistakes can happen, but blaming the customer without proper investigation is unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how Blinkit treats its users, I will seriously reconsider using your service again.Please train your support team to handle complaints with courtesy and trust. An apology is the least I expect.
I ordered a high-value massager (₹6,000) from Blink and unfortunately, it caused significant discomfort after use. I reached out to their chat support multiple times over several days, but there has been no response whatsoever.This isn’t the first time I’ve shopped with them — I’ve even returned a different product earlier without issues — but this time the lack of customer service is unacceptable. For a brand selling premium-priced wellness products, I expected a minimum level of support and responsiveness.I’m still waiting for a resolution, but the experience has been extremely disappointing so far. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously
Blinkit delivery partner forget to add my 5 litres of water bottle and then when I frequently call him he didn't pick my phone pathetic service and the company didn't refund me either And after that company partner call me and provide me the water bottle and very gently deal with the situation to regain my confidence over company that's why I give them 5 stars review !!
