I ordered Oneplus earphones from Blinkit and the product I received was absolutely NOT original. It was used.
I tried contacting customer service multiple times, and after a lot of struggle, one associate finally called me, only to argue with me instead of helping. They did not resolve my issue and actually told me to go contact Oneplus directly, which makes no sense because I purchased the product from Blinkit, not from Realme.
THEY ARE PURELY FRAUD. NEVER TRUST BLINKIT
I am a regular Blinkit customer and place orders almost every alternate day. Today, the delivery executive refused to deliver my order and falsely marked it as “wrong location” after claiming his vehicle had broken down. I selected my saved address exactly as I always do, and this has never been an issue earlier. Despite this, the order was cancelled solely based on the delivery executive’s false update, and I was unfairly charged a ₹20 penalty. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer. I expect an immediate refund of the penalty and a thorough review of this incident

Blinkit is a pathetic company with worst customer service. If a customer finds an issue with a product delivered by them, they will NOT resolve it. Instead they will dodge by putting responsibility on the product supplier, disregarding that the customer purchased the product from Blinkit and NOT from their supplier. An escalation to their CEO, Albinder Dhindsa, and the owner, Deepinder Goyal, does not provide any resolution either. In fact, a pathetic and dismissive response is received via a faceless email signed by Team Blinkit. Shame on the owners for sitting behind the curtains rather than putting a bod face by contacting customers to resolve the issue. It's a sure sign of the beginning of a downfall. Beware!

I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received from Blinkit. I wished to order Philips air purifier, by mistake and with a sudden slip of a finger the order was sent for xiomi air filter. I received the order and immediately i realized that it was not the order I wanted so I didn’t opened it. I reordered the correct Philips air purifier which I wanted to order in first place. Now while returning, they asked to upload a picture so I just opened the box to show the barcode while the nylon packaging was still intact. They refuse to exchange or refund the item.I’m a Blinkit loyal customer so far but with this level of service from Blinkit and understanding for the customer. I feel really sorry for Blinkit and their other customers. I buy so many things from Blinkit and the manager didn’t do anything out of the way for customer who always put Blinkit first over other online channels.Deeply saddened and disappointed with Blinkit. Thanks readers, take your informed decision. Blinkit will not care for customer they only care for their own profits.
This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered dry fruits (Whole farm and grocery brands) and other items from Blinkit, and the quality was absolutely pathetic, the dry fruits were cheap, full of holes, and nowhere close to what was advertised.To make things worse, when I tried to return the defective products, customer support flat-out refused, even after I sent them pictures as proof. And the website itself is misleading, it says customers can return products through the “Orders” page, but there is NO option there at all. That is false information, and it’s unacceptable for a company to mislead customers like this.Blinkit sells terrible quality items, provides zero accountability, and gives false promises on their website. Don’t waste your money here. This platform cannot be trusted.
I have ordered from blinkit Real Tamato juice 1Ltr and Real Orrange juice 1 ltr on 27.8.25 at 11.15 hrs. Bothe items received in 15 mts. On opening of closed envelop received from delivery man it is found that Tamato juice container is damaged and leaking. Made report on blinkit through there app thrice . They replied on automatic chat that replacement approved. But the replacement not received. I have made complaint by e mail to info blinkit and grievance .Officer blinkit but no action
