It’s hard to determine if the company is operational. I ordered a brake lever guard, which they did send. However, I intended to order the clutch side and attempted to go through a convoluted return process, sending it back at my own expense. I requested the clutch side and even offered to cover restocking fees, but received no communication at all. I left a message, but there was no callback, no email, and no lever... nothing.
I got the clutch slave cylinder I ordered, so no issues there.I am disappointed by their communication tho. I never got a confirmation email, or any communication for weeks. I called and they said they had just got them in stock and would ship it out right away. And I did receive it a few days after calling.
I ordered a product from them that showed in stock online. I was charged as soon as my order went through. I received no communication from them until I threatened to do a chargeback. I waited a few days, but never received an order confirmation after my order. It was total radio silence. I contacted them through their chat and received no response. I left and voicemail and received no response. I waited another few days and tried again. No response. A week after my order, I sent an email and let them know I considered the transaction fraudulent and was going to do a chargeback. Two days later, nine days after placing the order, I got an order confirmation and tracking number. No apology or explanation. Avoid this site.
