I honestly didn’t expect much when I first ordered Bloody Delicious but I was so surprised. After using it consistently my cramps were lighter my bloating went down and I felt way more emotionally balanced. It also tastes really good which makes it easy to take every day. It genuinely feels like a little self care moment each month and I will definitely keep using it.
