I ordered a bunch of flowers to my girlfriends workplace as a surprise. Her workplace is in Dublin as is this florists. All day I was waiting for confirmation of delivery. The snotted nosed woman Joan said she didn't understand why I was frustrated as it was normal service i said theres no way your delivery driver went to where my girlfriend worked she went on to say he called her multiple times at her work place which was a BIG FAT LIE.My girlfriend sent a screen shot of her call logs and there was no missed calls so who are they trying to fool...I have demanded a full refund which I expect to get promptly if I don't I will take legal action .How dare they try to fool us .Not a happy customer and will never use this disgraceful company ever again
First time using Bloom , everything was so easy and communication was brilliant. I made an error when purchasing and it was picked up and order held until the correct information was received but this didn't effect delivery time . Being able to order and delivery on the same day is amazing. Great customer service and delivery. I would highly recommend.
