Exceptional service. My first time ordering with Bloom Magic and would definitely recommend them. My recipient was unable to receive the flowers when the delivery person tried to deliver. I had an email very promptly from the delivery person showing a photo of the delivery address and checking it was correct. I was asked if I could provide another phone number for recipient so that they could contact ahead of trying to redeliver the following day, despite being a Sunday. Again my recipient didn't respond to the delivery person, the following day. I was promptly contacted again with an apology from the delivery person and assured they would try and deliver later. It was on the third day that delivery was finally successful. I was prepared to be asked to cover extra delivery charges because the company had tried to deliver on the Saturday and Sunday before the successful delivery on the Monday. I was also prepared for the flowers to be a bit worse for wear, as they had been in a delivery van a few times. However when the flowers arrived, they were beautiful and very fresh. Obviously a lot of care had been taken with them to keep them pristine. The recipient said they were the best flowers they had ever received and they were still beautiful ten days later. So a massive thank you for your wonderful service and perseverance in fulfilling my order.

Flowers ordered in the late afternoon and delivered promptly the next morning. Delivery matched the images on website and flowers were wonderfully fresh. Great customer service too after I raised a query after placing the order. Great service.
