This feels like a clear scam; after cancelling the order the next day, they claimed it was too late. The fraud team blocked our card to prevent further use, yet the scammers managed to exploit it to take advantage of us.

Delivery issues with this service

I can't comment on how it performs as they haven't delivered to Australia for almost 4 weeks now with no results. Save your money; just don’t buy. I live in a sufficiently large city, but the product hasn’t left overseas.
