I had placed an order from canada on occasion of Mother’s day, they deivered stale flowers in the very early morning. When i contacted customer care, instead of refunding my money, they suggest to place the flowers in water. I will never place an order again from this website.
I paid for flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day and was promised updates on delivery. Nothing was received on time. No updates as per the website. Nor was I able to speak to customer care. Disappointed, as I was hoping to have my mother receive the flowers in the morning. Not happy with the service.
I placed an order yesterday from Canada on Mother’s day.These people delivered the stale and wilty flowers at my home and they destroyed my whole occasion and special day.When I put complaint, they did not refunded my money nor they provided any alternative solution. Instead the customer care is telling me to put the flowers in water.I will never place an order again from this website. Here is no attachment option so I cannot add a picture for review for you guys. This company is fraudulent, highly money marketing, does not care about quality they are delivering and you can see how false comments they are putting about pictures. Never buy anything from bloomsflora india. Also as you mentioned -(If you have any further concerns or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help). I asked for refund but you guys denied clearly.
Order was placed 15 days prior still they did not deliver on time. They do not provide with updates once the order is placed.They delivered worst quality flowers and a cake from local bakery for which the taste was horrible. I would suggest not to order from them. Prefer ferns n petals even if you are in tier two cities
Ordered from Blooms Flora as a gift for my mom in law for her birthday. Though the bouquet looked really pretty, the cake turned out to be a huge disappointment, to quote my family. Considering that I paid about 2500 Rs for the same, this seems too unfair.
I made the purchase from overseas. Very easy to order and make payment. And I appreciate the care they were showing when they called me to say that the contact number I had given wasn't answering. The website could benefit from a text box to say 'special delivery instructions', it would have saved me having to explain the reception arrangements at an office at 4.30 in the morning!
