Review Time
I placed an order for a bed on July 3, 2025, with a delivery time of 25 business days. Since then, two promised delivery dates have already been missed. Communication has been extremely poor and only through WhatsApp.As of August 26, 2025, they have completely stopped responding on any phone number.Unfortunately, this experience feels very much like an online scam, despite the good reviews I had seen last year.UPDATE 29.01.2026: The bed was delivered at late September, but without the nightstands and the dresser is still missing. Despite promises of a full delivery by late October 2025, I’ve only seen delay emails. I’ve paid for a premium product, yet I currently have less than half of my orders.
Ordered a bed in June and it still hasn’t been delivered. Tried various different ways to contact them with no response. Eventually got a response via email with an excuse about having to move factory. Requested a refund and now can’t get any response from them. I have now reported to the bank, ECC Ireland and the Guards. Edited to address reply below. 1. Yes we did choose delivery in 120 days which has long passed and no delivery. 2. I am within my rights to refuse delivery in January and request a refund as you did not deliver on time. I still have not received a bed or a refund. 3. Under EU law you have 14 days to process a refund once requested. This has not been completed. As of 19/01/2026 you have emailed stating that a refund will take 30-60 days as the company have been through a difficult time. This is illegal.
Order 20447 placed on April 29th and fully paid. Delivery scheduled for July 21st . Today (August 28th), with more than 30 days delay, the bed was still not delivered, nor did we get our money back. The vendor doesn't answer any of the contact methods (2 phone numbers - no answer; Whatsapp - no answer; Facebook - no answer. It seems they are scammers and will be reported to Police!

Alex dealt with any queries I had and was timely and efficient in our WhatsApp communications.Treat yourself to a bed that will last a lifetime - you won't regret it!
